Lancaster Brick Company sells new, sealed LEGO® sets, along with new and used LEGO® minifigures and individual parts, as well as consulting and coaching services offered separately from our retail operations. Product descriptions, images, and details are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, with a full refund issued to the customer.
Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout in accordance with Pennsylvania law and the laws of any other jurisdiction where required.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our inventory listings accurate and up to date. However, because our inventory includes individual minifigures and parts with unique condition variations, occasional errors, sell-outs, or discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund, substitution, or store credit at your preference.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability. You will be notified promptly if we cancel any part of your order, and any payment collected for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
Where local pickup is offered, orders must be picked up at the designated location within the timeframe communicated at checkout or by our team. We will contact you by email, phone, or SMS (where consented) to coordinate pickup scheduling. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be subject to cancellation and refund, less any applicable restocking or handling fees, at our discretion.
Shipping is not currently offered on all products but may be enabled for select items or in the future. If shipping becomes available, shipping costs, delivery estimates, and carrier information will be provided at checkout. Lancaster Brick Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside of our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
